  • Shipping Policy

At The Fashionistah, we understand the urge to want your order in your possession. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.  Your order will be shipped out the following business day after processing.  Order tracking information will be sent to the designated email, the customer has provided.  All packages are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) and will take an estimate of 1-3 business days before customer receives their package.

The Fashionistah is not responsible for any lost packages. If your tracking information states that your item was delivered and you did not receive your packaged, you MUST handle this issue with the United States Postal Service at 1(800) 742-5877.

  • Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is a courtesy, offered by The Fashionistah. Local Pickup must be selected at checkout, failure to select will cause the order to be shipped.  Once local pickup is selected please allow 24-48 hours to receive your local pickup email. Local pickup is NOT available same day.

    • Return & Exchange Policy

     

    All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please see item description located underneath photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

     

    The following guidelines are listed below for exemption:

    • If a product arrives damaged for any reason, please use the email listed for customer service. Customer must contact us within 8 hours from the "delivered" notice under the tracking number.  We'll respond within that time frame to give you the consent to send the product back to us.
    • If you have an issue with your order or question please contact our customer service email thefashionistah1@gmail.com with Order # in subject line.
    • An online credit will only be issued. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs 

    • Charge-back/Fraud 

    ALL CHARGE-BACKS WILL BE FOUGHT AGAINST WITH SUFFICE INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING LABEL, CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND ALL INFORMATION THAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO YOUR CREDITOR.

    All prices are in USD. The Fashionistah does not have an automated currency converter on our site
